Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design for key product features and user journeys, ensuring solutions are intuitive, effective, and closely aligned with business and user goals
- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to gather requirements, evaluate design possibilities, and strike a balance between user needs and technical feasibility
- Develop comprehensive user flows, detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs, primarily utilizing Figma
- Play an active role in evolving and maintaining the design system, creating and refining components to promote consistency throughout our digital products
- Simplify complex workflows, transforming them into seamless and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall experience
- Champion accessibility, usability, and user-centered design principles, advocating these best practices within cross-functional teams
- Initiate and participate in user research and usability testing, using insights to validate and inform design decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Graphic Design, Product Design, or equivalent experience
- Typically 4-6 years of experience in UX or product design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design skills
- Understanding of front-end technologies and how designs translate into development
- Ability to create prototypes and validate ideas using modern design and prototyping tools
- Experience working in agile product teams
- Familiarity with design systems, design tokens, or scalable UI patterns is a plus
