Project Manager/Business Systems Analyst at Progress leveraging analytical skills to manage critical business initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams developing innovative technology solutions in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Lead IT and business initiatives of varying degrees of size and complexity, employing the best fit project management methodology (e,g. Agile, PMI, etc.)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align on project objectives, goals, scope and the overall project implementation approach
Perform business analysis, prepare functional requirements, recommendations, and business plans for new initiatives
Develop business cases and ROI models to determine the business efficacy of proposed initiatives
Facilitate ideation and brainstorming sessions and drive business process reengineering efforts
Work with stakeholders across diverse global organizations and adapt to evolving environments
Create and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts including but not limited to: project charter, implementation plan, business requirements, project schedule, communications plan, tailored to specific project and stakeholder needs
For M&A integrations, independently manage functional workstream plans to integrate acquired company systems to Progress standard systems
Document complex business processes and system requirements
Summarize complex concepts into digestible formats tailored towards specific audiences
Requirements
Proven track record in driving cross-functional business-critical initiatives using agile and traditional program/project management methodologies
Hands-on experience leading diverse teams in business system analysis, including documentation and process/systems flows
Experience working with G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, Workspace Operations, or Human Resources
Mergers and Acquisitions experience is a plus
Oracle Financial Cloud, Salesforce, Workday familiarity is a plus
Experience working in a global organization is a plus
