About the role

  • In-Home Sales Representative for Precision Solar consulting homeowners on solar energy solutions. Attend appointments, deliver presentations, manage sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Attend company-provided, pre-set appointments and deliver a clear, consultative solar presentation to homeowners.
  • Manage and update your sales pipeline daily using our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of all prospects and opportunities.
  • Follow up consistently with homeowners to answer questions, overcome concerns, and move deals through the sales process.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance, collaborate, and stay aligned with team goals.
  • Commit to ongoing training, including product knowledge, objection handling, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain a strong professional presence by showing up prepared and on time for all scheduled appointments.
  • Represent Precision Solar with integrity, professionalism, and customer-first communication at every interaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in high-ticket sales preferred; solar sales experience a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, e-signature tools, and presentation software
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable vehicle for in-home visits
