About the role

  • Product Manager overseeing Employee Communications in AI-driven tool development for frontline workers. Collaborating across teams to enhance user experience with mobile-first solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the definition and execution of the Employee Communications roadmap
  • Partner with Product Owners, customers, and cross-functional teams
  • Define and evolve the product vision and strategy
  • Deliver solutions that balance user requirements with technical architecture
  • Lead product development teams through design, development, testing, and release
  • Coordinate solution designs across multiple scrum teams
  • Lead deep-dive technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Guide product teams toward high-value OKRs and measurable success
  • Support the adoption of functionality by internal teams and customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, specifically defining and delivering SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with the Talent Management or HR Tech landscape
  • Proven ability to manage a strategic vision
  • Expertise in guiding partnerships with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams
  • A deep sense of empathy for the user
  • Skilled in using data analysis for actionable insights
  • Ability to navigate complex trade-offs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
