- Analytical and structured mindset: You decompose complexity into actionable insights, define measurable success criteria, and communicate with clarity.
- Technical fluency: You’re comfortable discussing tech and analytics content with engineers and data scientists.
- Adaptability, curiosity, proactivity: Youthrive on learning, adjusting, and improving in a fast-moving environment.
- Nice-to-have: Direct experience in technical roles (data science, SW engineering); Global mindset: Experience working across countries or multi-market products; Language skills: Business proficiency in Italian or Spanish, in addition to English; Technical foundation: Familiarity with SQL, programming, or software architecture is a plus.
