About the role
- Project Manager responsible for planning and delivering projects supporting Preventx's sexual health services. Collaboratively work with teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are on time and in budget.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined projects that support Preventx’s sexual health testing services
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Contribute to service improvements, operational efficiency, and successful mobilization of new initiatives
- Ensure project activity adheres to relevant policies, processes, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready project documentation, records, and change controls
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and improve project outcomes
Requirements
- Formal project management qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing end-to-end projects with multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Experience in working in a healthcare, public sector or digital services environment (desirable, but not mandatory)
- Understanding of service delivery, operational processes, or digital implementation
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello etc)
- Ability to prepare clear reports, updates, and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
