About the role

• Project Manager responsible for planning and delivering projects supporting Preventx's sexual health services. Collaboratively work with teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are on time and in budget.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined projects that support Preventx’s sexual health testing services
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Contribute to service improvements, operational efficiency, and successful mobilization of new initiatives
• Ensure project activity adheres to relevant policies, processes, and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready project documentation, records, and change controls
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and improve project outcomes

Requirements

• Formal project management qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience in managing end-to-end projects with multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Experience in working in a healthcare, public sector or digital services environment (desirable, but not mandatory)
• Understanding of service delivery, operational processes, or digital implementation
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello etc)
• Ability to prepare clear reports, updates, and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
