About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of platform operations engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure and services.
- Oversee cloud projects, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure high availability and security of cloud environments.
- Develop and execute the company's cloud strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure, database, and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing a team of platform operations engineers or similar technical roles.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure , etc … ) and hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and management.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure as code ( IaC ) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field ; or equivalent practical experience.
