About the role

  • Telesales role at prenode GmbH targeting industry companies for IoT and AI. Transforming leads into opportunities with B2B telephone outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Initial telephone outreach to industry decision-makers — you convert leads into appointments
  • Coordinate with technical sales experts
  • Develop and optimize outreach strategies and CRM processes
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events to network and generate new contacts
  • Provide analysis and feedback from day-to-day sales activities and drive improvements

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and enjoyment of telephone-based outreach
  • Experience in B2B telephone sales or comparable high-quality outreach
  • Native-level German and very good English
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to communicate technical topics (e.g., AI, Industry 4.0) clearly
  • Experience with sales tools, lead scoring, and automation (nice-to-have)
  • Affinity for technology, IoT, and digitalization (nice-to-have)
  • Initial experience with trade shows and events (nice-to-have)
