- Support light design and layout needs as required to ensure continuity and timely execution, particularly during peak periods or coverage gaps.

- Analyze lead-to-sale performance and partner with sales teams to improve follow-up effectiveness.
- Align marketing efforts with Sales, Fixed Ops, and HR.
- Bridge sales-marketing alignment for better lead conversion and retention.
- Lead store calls to review insights, challenges, and opportunities.
- Manage key vendor relationships, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support internal communications and executive messaging, including light video editing when needed.
