Responsibilities
Lead a team of high-volume transactional contributors within the Claims Department
Achieve established production targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Manage workflow queues and staffing levels
Document, communicate, and adhere to best practices, policies, and compliance rules
Produce timely production reports and modify processes for continuous improvement
Collaborate with peer Managers to streamline processes and ensure appropriate task handling
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
5+ years' related work experience required
Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and resolve complex problems
Experience in insurance industry preferred
Proficient in relevant enterprise tools and software including CRM, Microsoft Office Suite
