Responsibilities

• Lead a team of high-volume transactional contributors within the Claims Department
• Achieve established production targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Manage workflow queues and staffing levels
• Document, communicate, and adhere to best practices, policies, and compliance rules
• Produce timely production reports and modify processes for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with peer Managers to streamline processes and ensure appropriate task handling

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• 5+ years' related work experience required
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and resolve complex problems
• Experience in insurance industry preferred
• Proficient in relevant enterprise tools and software including CRM, Microsoft Office Suite
