Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve technical support requests across hardware, software, and applications
  • Apply strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication
  • Contribute to a stable IT environment through organized task management

Requirements

  • Holds post-secondary IT education with 2–4 years of service desk experience
  • Certifications such as A+ and HDI are considered strong assets
  • Solid technical proficiency across Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, networking fundamentals, remote tools, and software deployment platforms
  • Clear communication with users of all technical levels
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and maintain a learning mindset
