About the role

  • Customer Funds Reconciliation Analyst part of the Financial Operations Team at PPRO. Interacting with global teams to track and analyze Customer Funds and Cost of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting our accounting and reporting team with a clear focus on reconciliation of customer funds and cost of sales, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
  • Support activities to prepare, compare, identify, analyze and resolve discrepancies in customer funds and cost of sales to gain a deep understanding of PPRO’s processes.
  • Improve the quality and speed of internal customer funds and cost of sales analysis and develop new reports.
  • Maintain financial controls and keep KPIs up to date.
  • Respond to and resolve account manager inquiries related to reconciliations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the reconciliation and accounting process, ensuring fair and unbiased financial practices.
  • Work closely with partners to understand needs and develop effective improvement plans.
  • Respond promptly to internal inquiries, providing clear and helpful information to support stakeholders.
  • Actively listen to feedback to continuously improve the function and ensure alignment with business needs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in the financial area.
  • Proficiency in English is essential (ability to conduct meetings and presentations in English is required).
  • Advanced written Spanish is essential; spoken fluency is desirable.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Ability to work to fixed and short timeframes, especially during month-end close.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams worldwide.
  • Multitasking and resilient profile to perform in a challenging and dynamic environment.
