Customer Funds Reconciliation Analyst part of the Financial Operations Team at PPRO. Interacting with global teams to track and analyze Customer Funds and Cost of Sales.
Responsibilities
Supporting our accounting and reporting team with a clear focus on reconciliation of customer funds and cost of sales, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
Support activities to prepare, compare, identify, analyze and resolve discrepancies in customer funds and cost of sales to gain a deep understanding of PPRO’s processes.
Improve the quality and speed of internal customer funds and cost of sales analysis and develop new reports.
Maintain financial controls and keep KPIs up to date.
Respond to and resolve account manager inquiries related to reconciliations.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the reconciliation and accounting process, ensuring fair and unbiased financial practices.
Work closely with partners to understand needs and develop effective improvement plans.
Respond promptly to internal inquiries, providing clear and helpful information to support stakeholders.
Actively listen to feedback to continuously improve the function and ensure alignment with business needs.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in the financial area.
Proficiency in English is essential (ability to conduct meetings and presentations in English is required).
Advanced written Spanish is essential; spoken fluency is desirable.
Comfortable working across multiple systems.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Ability to work to fixed and short timeframes, especially during month-end close.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams worldwide.
Multitasking and resilient profile to perform in a challenging and dynamic environment.
