About the role

  • Accounting Specialist responsible for month-end close and supporting documentation. Collaborating across teams to ensure financial accuracy in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Month-end closing accounting and related activities.
  • Accurate supporting documentation and account analysis of assigned balance sheet accounts.
  • Identification and correction of common accounting issues for intercompany transactions.
  • Partnership and support to partners (USCA, SBU, other SSC teams).
  • Data gathering for internal and external audit purpose.
  • Administrative tasks related to the position such as reporting of activities and tracking on PPG Policies for the intercompany function.
  • Follow-up and validation of out of balance transactions between the PPG entities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 3 years of experience
  • English on a level
  • Knowledge of Oracle/SAP
  • Experience in a similar role in a multinational company
