About the role

  • Provider Partnerships Manager establishing a clinician referral network for a virtual-first headache care clinic. Building relationships with healthcare providers and driving patient referrals in Orange County, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture a high-value clinician referral network
  • Execute field-based activities to meet and exceed referral KPIs
  • Educate healthcare providers on Haven’s clinical offerings and virtual-first model
  • Document all field activity in CRM while providing leadership with market insights
  • Transform how area providers view headache care

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience selling to healthcare providers (BD, Sales, or Partnerships)
  • Proven track record of smashing quotas in competitive markets
  • Proficient with CRM tools and virtual stacks (Zoom, Slack, G-Suite)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent professional experience also valued
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation to manage a consistent local field schedule
