About the role
- Lead strategic implementation of work safety and health protection initiatives at PostFinance. Develop guidelines and provide training while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Strategic and operational implementation of occupational safety and health protection
- Development of relevant guidelines, standards and processes
- Technical leadership of PERCO and support in their tasks
- Assurance and development of ISO 45001 certification, including conducting audits, tests and exercises
- Development of safety concepts and delivery of training, exercises and awareness campaigns
- Advising management and supporting projects
Requirements
- Degree from a technical college or university of applied sciences in a technical, organizational or business field
- Several years of professional experience in occupational safety and health protection
- Relevant continuing education, for example as a CFST Safety Specialist, MSST Specialist or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
- Very good command of French and good command of German
