About the role
- Join PostFinance as a team player in Digital Assets, supporting customers and internal stakeholders. Engage in operational responsibilities and project work within the digital finance world.
Responsibilities
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung im operativen und administrativen Fachbereich und unterstützt das Team tatkräftig im Alltag
- Du hilfst mit, die Brücke zwischen traditioneller Finanzwelt und Web 3.0 zu schlagen, um für 2.5 Mio. PostFinance Kundinnen und Kunden den Zugang zu Digital Assets zu erleichtern
- Du beobachtest die Kryptowelt, erkennst Trends und bringst neue Ideen ein
- Als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in bist du regelmässig in Kontakt mit internen und externen Stakeholdern. Du erarbeitest beispielsweise Informations- und Entscheidungsgrundlagen zuhanden von Gremien
- Du bist in Kontakt mit Kund:innne und betreust diese aus dem Fachbereich heraus
- Du arbeitest in Projekten im Fachbereich Digital Assets mit, analysierst Anforderungsquellen aus Kundenfeedbacks, rechtlichen oder strategischen Veränderungen
- Du unterstützt den Fachbereich bei der Aufbereitung von Kommunikations- und Marketingmassnahmen
Requirements
- Laufende oder abgeschlossene Athletenkarriere in nationalen Topliegen
- Analytisches Flair und Begeisterung für Digital Assets
- Idealerweise laufende oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Stufe Uni, FH oder HF im Bereich Wirtschaft (VWL oder BWL) oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Gute PowerPoint- & Excel-Kenntnisse und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
- Zusätzliches Spezialisten-Knowhow ist von Vorteil (z.B. Finance, Asset Management)
- Hohes Mass an Selbstständigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Umsetzungsorientierung
- Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
