Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret and visualize data to support various business areas in decision-making.
- Collect, clean and organize data from different sources (SQL, internal systems, spreadsheets, APIs).
- Perform exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends and opportunities.
- Develop, update and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Create clear, decision-oriented visualizations.
- Ensure the integrity, consistency and quality of the data used.
- Interpret data and translate results into actionable insights.
- Propose action plans based on analysis findings.
- Support internal teams with reports, metrics and benchmarking studies.
- Explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations and IT.
- Organize and prepare large volumes of unstructured data.
- Build efficient, intuitive dashboards focused on results.
- Verify data accuracy prior to analysis.
- Translate technical analyses into practical recommendations.
- Manage multiple simultaneous requests in a dynamic environment.
- Continuously develop skills in Power BI, SQL and data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Knowledge of SQL (basic to intermediate queries).
- Knowledge of Power BI (dashboard creation).
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate experience with DAX.
- Knowledge of Python or R.
- Experience with data modeling.
- Previous experience in business areas (Marketing, Sales, Operations).
