About the role

  • Supports administrative and financial management for Marketing budget. Requires pursuing education in related fields and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Support administrative and financial management of the Marketing department budget;
  • Manage contracts, proposals and purchasing processes, ensuring compliance with internal workflows;
  • Monitor receipt and verification of invoices, supporting the payment process;
  • Perform financial controls, monitor expenses and maintain management spreadsheets;
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks, such as initiating internal processes, travel support and operational routines;
  • Interact with internal areas to ensure deadlines and process compliance;
  • Support the organization of documents, controls and records for the area;
  • Work with the Marketing team, providing administrative support whenever needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Previous experience with administrative and/or financial routines;
  • Comfortable working with internal systems;
  • Analytical, organized, proactive and dynamic profile;
  • Good communication skills, energy and willingness to learn and support diverse departmental demands;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model.
