About the role

  • System Administrator focusing on IT infrastructure maintenance and support for Poseidon Services GmbH. Collaborate with teams and manage support queries in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and further develop the IT infrastructure as part of day-to-day operations
  • Handle support requests in first- and second-level support (Level 1 & 2)
  • Manage, coordinate and ensure quality of Level 1 support
  • User and permissions management in Active Directory
  • Analyze, classify and permanently resolve IT incidents
  • Document processes, solutions and support cases
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers

Requirements

  • Completed IT vocational training, e.g., as an IT specialist (m/f/d), or equivalent education or comparable practical experience
  • Solid experience with Active Directory
  • Experience in IT support (Level 1 and Level 2)
  • Basic knowledge of IT documentation or ticketing systems
  • Experience in heterogeneous IT environments (Windows, clients, servers)
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good German language skills
