- Experience with Salesforce Clouds (desired): Financial Services (Insurance), Experience and Service.
- General knowledge of the Salesforce platform: limits, licensing, permissioning, object modeling and implementation best practices.
- Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Create and manage objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes and reports.
- Integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Apply development best practices and perform unit testing to ensure code quality.
- Elicit and analyze business requirements with users to propose the best solutions on the platform.
- Knowledge of Field Service is a plus.
