About the role

Responsibilities
- Beratung und Überwachung von Freileitungsbauprojekten – insbesondere bei Montage- und Demontagearbeiten, Seilzugmaßnahmen sowie Sonderprojekten.

- Mitarbeit an Innovationsprojekten sowie Planung und Organisation von Pilotversuchen.
- Temporäre Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung, z. B. bei kurzfristigem Ausfall von Bau- oder Projektleitern.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Bautechnik o. ä.)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Bereich Infrastruktur-, Energie- oder Leitungsbau
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und hohe Beratungskompetenz
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
