About the role
- Independent Technology Risk Advisor ensuring technology architecture and infrastructure compliance with regulatory standards at PNC. Role involves assessing risks, overseeing tech changes, and managing relationships between teams.
Responsibilities
- Supports Independent Technology Risk Management (ITRM) in planning and executing the ITRM program and corresponding communication strategies.
- Leverages subject matter expertise in technology environments (infrastructure, data, information security, MIS and governance) along with technology governance and control frameworks to oversee and challenge first lines ability to identify, assess, and mitigate technology and other associated risks.
- Manages relationships with Technology and the Lines of Business to ensure that technology and other associated risk issues are monitored and communicated through the appropriate levels of management.
- Coordinates and implements ITRM program to meet regulatory expectations and manage risks within PNCs risk appetite.
- Translates security and threat intelligence to the current technology and control environments and develops qualitative and quantitative risk analytics approaches to independently evaluate technology and other associated security risks.

- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
