- Serve as a subject matter expert for core banking platforms and services
- Lead technical knowledge-sharing sessions, design reviews, and architectural discussions
- Drive solution architecture and design decisions for Java/Spring Boot microservices and MongoDB-based systems
- Establish and influence engineering standards, API contracts, and deployment patterns
- Consults junior staff regarding complex issues and best practices
- Provides a systematic analysis on the most complex client requirements
- Oversees the quality of complex project deliverables while ensuring compliance with standards and processes
