Responsibilities
Understand market, industry and client trends to identify new growth levers
Develop a strategic vision based on active monitoring (sector, competitors, innovation)
Implement a systemic approach to commercial development
Define development priorities and structure a network-driven approach
Develop strategic partnerships
Create opportunities through networking, social selling and HR events
Analyze client history and potential to prioritize commercial actions
Design, deploy and manage an annual commercial action plan
Monitor results, measure performance and continuously adjust actions
Ensure rigorous reporting and update the CRM in real time
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Initiate first contacts and open new accounts
Work collaboratively with KAMs (Key Account Managers) to convert opportunities into concrete business
Requirements
Experience in B2B business development (ideally in services, HR or training)
Strong ability to identify opportunities and build relationships
