Responsibilities
Assist with receiving, analyzing and handling incident, service and change requests in a Managed Services environment
Communicate with customers, colleagues and partners as part of day-to-day operations
Contribute to monitoring and optimizing our customers' environments
Maintain monitoring systems and handlers
Perform and document regular maintenance tasks in server environments according to instructions
Support the planning and execution of installations and deployments
Help create and maintain technical operational documentation
Support IT projects for our clients in the areas of infrastructure and data management
Requirements
Basic understanding of operating IT systems and server environments, as well as on-premises and hybrid IT infrastructures
Completed technical training (e.g., IT specialist), degree, or comparable initial professional experience in the server/infrastructure area
Interest in monitoring, maintenance and stabilization of IT systems
Basic knowledge of working with databases (e.g., SQL-based)
Interest in business intelligence, reporting, or data warehouse topics
Basic technical understanding of scripting or automation concepts
Understanding of operational and security requirements
Service-oriented, meticulous and able to work independently; a team player who is open to new topics, technologies and change
Very good German (C-level) and good English skills
