Responsibilities
Ownership of your territory and actively managing a strategic call cycle to grow sales at existing accounts and secure new business.
Building strong relationships with buyers, presenting compelling sales opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies.
Regular travel to meet face-to-face with accounts in your territory.
Achieving territory sales goals, new item placements, and account development.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
Providing in-store execution, such as ensuring promotional displays are set up, shelf tags are accurate, and stock is properly rotated.
Maintain proactive, solution-driven communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and build lasting client relationships.
Strong business acumen, with experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable working independently and making decisions in a fast-paced sales environment.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory (four days per week in the field).
Interest in natural/organic food and products.
Strong written communication skills.
Flexibility to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines with a positive attitude.
Ability to lift 40 lbs when handling promotional materials or setting up displays.
