About the role

  • Data Enablement Analyst supporting Navy Office of Warfighting Advantage in data engineering and analytics. Contributing to initiatives that enhance operational readiness and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, models, and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and Databricks
  • Perform statistical analysis and advanced analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or MSS
  • Integrate and model data from multiple government and enterprise systems
  • Translate functional and mission requirements into technical solutions
  • Support data automation, ETL processes, and architecture initiatives
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams to conduct reviews and briefings
  • Prepare and deliver concise, executive-level presentations and documentation
  • Operate effectively in dynamic, mission-driven environments while managing multiple priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 0–5 years of relevant experience (aligned to Analyst IV/V levels)
  • 2+ years of experience with Python and SQL
  • 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, MSS, or similar)
  • Experience with data engineering, data modeling, and ETL methodologies
  • Understanding of data automation principles
  • Experience working with government systems (e.g., ADVANA, SharePoint, BLADE, MSS, Palantir Foundry)
  • Ability to support technical reviews and client engagements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active Secret clearance
