Requirements

- Strong backend development experience: at least 7+ years with Java and Spring.
- Strong frontend development experience: at least 7+ years with ReactJS.
- At least 2+ years of prior experience leading a team of developers across multiple technical levels.
- Passion for developing and mentoring others.
- Commitment to good software design, testing, documentation, and support practices.
