Responsibilities
- Architect and execute Plaud AI’s enterprise-wide AI integration roadmap, connecting Finance, HR, Operations, and Product systems.
- Design and deploy scalable, secure, and compliant AI-driven workflows that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Lead data and systems integration, creating unified models for analytics, reporting, and automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and deliver high-impact AI automation use cases that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Establish AI governance and best practices for responsible and efficient adoption across global teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working in global companies.
- High familiarity with global tool stacks such as Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Oracle, etc.
- Engineering background with hands-on experience in AI initiatives in recent years.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously.
- Strong communication skills with empathy.
- Adaptive, collaborative, and proactive in driving outcomes.
