About the role

Responsibilities
- You'll be the go-to legal advisor for multiple teams, providing pragmatic and strategic counsel across a diverse range of matters from commercial contracts and employment issues to regulatory compliance and product development.
- Your versatility will be key: one day you might be negotiating a SaaS agreement, the next advising Human Resources on workplace policies or reviewing marketing campaigns for compliance.
- Throughout it all, you'll need to be able to balance legal rigor with commercial objectives, ensuring we grow sustainably while staying compliant with Austrian and EU regulations.
- Managing projects and consulting with teams to ensure compliance with EU regulations.
Requirements
- 4+ years relevant legal work experience with a minimum of 1 year working in-house at a company.
- Experience in the telecommunications or SaaS industry
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong knowledge of Austrian employment law
- Advising on and implementing compliance topics
- Ability to balance legal rigor with business pragmatism
- Self-organizing with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience adapting legal advice to different audiences (technical teams, executives, stakeholders)
- Quick learner who can master new areas of law as business needs evolve
- Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written).
