About the role

  • Legal Counsel providing commercial legal support across regions for business growth. Collaborating with global teams and ensuring compliance with diverse legal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review a broad range of commercial contracts, including confidentiality agreements, distributor and agency agreements, and supply and purchase contracts
  • Support the development and maintenance of contract templates, policies, and legal processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization
  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on a variety of topics, helping stakeholders make informed decisions while managing legal risks
  • Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws and regulations, with a focus on international and cross-border matters
  • Identify and assess legal risks ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate on and contribute to global and regional legal projects, driving continuous improvement within the legal function
  • Support dispute-related matters where required, including liaising with external counsel and relevant authorities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across functions and regions, acting as a trusted legal partner to the business

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with approximately 3–5 years of experience, gained in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Exposure to international environments, particularly within EMEA, is highly desirable
  • Solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; familiarity with international contracting is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of legal principles and the ability to apply them in a practical, business-oriented way
  • Strong legal problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance legal risks with business needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team, taking ownership and driving tasks to completion
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn and grow within an international legal community
  • University degree in Law (background in international law or studies abroad is an advantage)
