- Conduct onboarding and refresher training for CLT (company-employed) and agency promoters
- Monitor and evaluate in-store execution (organization, cleanliness, planogram compliance and relationship with store staff/point of sale)
- Support special activities, promotional campaigns and events
- Participate in store openings and implement store layouts according to brand guidelines
- Provide operational coverage in the event of promoter absences
- Consolidate field information, record incidents and assist in results analysis
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proven experience in merchandising required
- Knowledge of planograms
- Extensive merchandising experience in the specified region
- Experience working with agencies
- Experience using a field visit management tool
- Valid driver's license (A/B) and own transportation
- Reside in the Londrina, PR region
