About the role
- Contract Administrator for Sales Operations at Philips ensuring accurate contract processing and supporting sales teams with contracting functions. Collaborating with multiple functions for effective management.
Responsibilities
- function as the point of contact and subject matter expert to our sales organization
- support the sales organization in contract creation
- ensure all contracts are processed accurately and efficiently
- strictly adhere to predefined internal service level agreements and authority matrices
- utilize Conga/Apttus CPQ
- ensure Quotes and Contracts are entered, created and approved
- accurately transfer data into Salesforce.com and Apttus software platforms
- manage deal tracking and status reporting
- assist in maintaining and improving contracting systems and policies
- support Contracting and Pricing leadership to deliver consistent and exceptional support to our sales organization
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, contracting management, project management, customer support, or financial analysis
