About the role

• Infrastructure Architect at Philips driving healthcare sales strategy through technical expertise and customer collaboration in northern New Jersey & NYC. Ensuring effective implementation of monitoring solutions and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Be a key interface between Philips and our customers concerning their solution design.
• Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in driving overall business and deal support.
• Provide technical expertise on hospital patient monitoring solutions and medical device integration.
• Collaborate with the KAM on complex solution selling.
• Participate in defining and controlling the Market 2 Order process.
• Assist KAMs with customer presentations focused on the technical components.
• Support KAMs and Hospital Patient Monitoring District Sales Leaders in achieving business goals.
• Provide input on Sales tools, quoting/pricing issues, and competitive threats.
• Monitor competition and changes in the industry.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Devices or Electronic Health Records
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT, including Epic, Cerner and EHR workflows
• Experience working with Visio (required)
• Capital Medical Sales Experience or Patient Monitoring experience is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or 7+ years of equivalent Healthcare IT experience.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication, coupled with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
