About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure and on-premises platforms using Microsoft or Linux stacks.

Requirements
- Proven experience in AWS infrastructure design, deployment and system administration.
- Broad understanding of Microsoft hybrid cloud infrastructures with a good working knowledge of on-premises infrastructure.
- Highly proficient in at least two of the following technologies: Docker (AWS ECS), Terraform, Ansible, or CDK AWS IaaS (EC2, VPC, Transit Gateway), CloudFlare, Windows Server (IIS), Linux, Networking (switching, load balancing and firewalls).
- Experience of working with commercially focused software engineering teams using Agile/DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills; effective working independently and within teams.
- Experience managing complex projects.
- Exposure to ISO27001 or similar security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).
- Driving license and access to a vehicle. You will be required to travel to data center locations in the south of England as needed.
