About the role
- District Technical Manager overseeing healthcare implementation and service teams within the region for Philips. Requires travel to various customer and office locations with strong leadership in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of implementation, adoption, optimization and professional services function within the region
- Directs teams to ensure project scope is defined according to quote, customer expectations, needs
- Ensures customer projects and programs are delivered according to the contract obligations and project commitments
- Works with the District Services Director, the District Clinical Manager and Project Managers to ensure all standard & quality processes are followed and executed in the system of record
- Travel up to 75% by car, air, or train to customer sites (hospital/medical environment), Philips offices, or other locations for meetings, training, and other business needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct leadership experience in healthcare services or equipment sales with a bachelor's degree or 9+ years without a bachelor's degree
- 3+ years’ experience managing a profit/loss business ideally in the technical space with a bachelor's degree or 7+ years without a bachelor's degree
- At least a high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree or master’s preferred, in Health Science, Business or Engineering
- Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate growth in revenue; ability to create competitive strategies and plans
- Proven ability to manage field personnel performance.
