District Technical Manager overseeing healthcare implementation and service teams within the region for Philips. Requires travel to various customer and office locations with strong leadership in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the delivery of implementation, adoption, optimization and professional services function within the region
Directs teams to ensure project scope is defined according to quote, customer expectations, needs
Ensures customer projects and programs are delivered according to the contract obligations and project commitments
Works with the District Services Director, the District Clinical Manager and Project Managers to ensure all standard & quality processes are followed and executed in the system of record
Travel up to 75% by car, air, or train to customer sites (hospital/medical environment), Philips offices, or other locations for meetings, training, and other business needs.
Requirements
5+ years of direct leadership experience in healthcare services or equipment sales with a bachelor's degree or 9+ years without a bachelor's degree
3+ years’ experience managing a profit/loss business ideally in the technical space with a bachelor's degree or 7+ years without a bachelor's degree
At least a high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree or master’s preferred, in Health Science, Business or Engineering
Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate growth in revenue; ability to create competitive strategies and plans
Proven ability to manage field personnel performance.
