About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted supply chain partner to key customer accounts
  • Drive joint improvement plans to enhance service, cost, and inventory performance
  • Lead digital and Lean transformation efforts using data to identify process improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Sales, Order Management, Finance, Logistics, and 3PLs
  • Champion operational excellence by aligning strategy with execution and optimizing material flows

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations
  • Background in customer collaboration, demand/supply planning or S&OE considered a plus
  • Skills in strategic customer collaboration, customer service management, cross-functional project leadership, and Lean principles
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient in SAP, Blue Yonder, and other planning tools
  • Project Management or Lean certification is preferred
