About the role

  • Chef Formation Conformité responsible for compliance training execution and management in the pharmaceutical industry. Overseeing the development and implementation of training programs and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Compliance training program
  • Oversee needs assessment, design, implementation and delivery, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes for the program
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and address learning, instructional, or other new training needs specific to an employee or department
  • Promote adoption of industry best practices in training design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Manage governance of training records and the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Participate in internal and external audits as the subject matter expert for the training program

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Knowledge of training principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Advanced planning and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High customer-service focus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff and high-performing teams
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Establish and track objectives and continuous improvement projects with the team

Benefits

  • 5–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or in an industry that uses GMP quality systems
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training or training management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in people management and building high-performing teams
