How your day-to-day will look:
EXAMPLE:
You will work in the People & Culture area on activities focused on People Analytics. Your contribution will be essential to lead projects, ensure optimization and adjustments of internal processes with the goal of reducing costs associated with labor disputes, identify new opportunities for the business area, propose innovative solutions, build strategies to support decision-making, and improve employee experience and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Product Engineering, Visual Communication, or related courses in UX/UI.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Proven experience in prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
Knowledge of Design Thinking and data analysis applied to design.
Behavioral skills such as creativity, communication, teamwork, proactivity, and adaptability.
