About the role

  • Project Engineer implementing automation technologies in various Distribution Centers across Europe for Procter & Gamble. Collaborating with multifunctional teams to drive business transformations and achieve performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Join our team as a Project Engineer at Procter & Gamble, where you will be implementing a digital tool which automates documentation tasks, to support touchless and unattended operations across several Distribution Centers in Europe.
  • Collaborating with multifunctional teams (Distribution Centers, Customs, IT, Transportation teams) to ensure the integration of the solution into existing workflows.
  • Designing innovative new logic or functions to expand the scope of the technology and drive business transformations.
  • Creating and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the system.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies.
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing processes by integrating innovative digital solutions.
  • Defining user requirements and developing clear functional specifications for digital tools.
  • Documenting processes (technical and functional) and providing training for end users.
  • Monitoring the performance of implemented solutions (data analytics) and proposing continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • A masters' degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification with a specialization in processes or digital technologies.
  • Experience in the digital field, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, API, etc. AND in programming like SQL (including being able to create database queries).
  • A passion for transforming and improving processes through technology.
  • Strong Leadership skills, Agility, Proactivity.
  • Experience working in teams, with cultural sensitivity and a willingness to share insights.
  • The ability to analyze and solve complex problems related to processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
