About the role
- Pflegefachkraft für die 1:1 Erwachsenen-Intensivpflege im Raum Zwickau. Verantwortung für ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten in Voll- oder Teilzeit.
Responsibilities
- Ensure as independent a lifestyle as possible through individualized, holistic and activating nursing care and support for our patients
- Reliably perform all services, such as basic care and physician-prescribed treatment nursing
- Advise and support patients and their relatives
- Promote the quality of life and satisfaction of our clients
- Maintain and complete nursing documentation
Requirements
- Successfully completed three-year training as a Registered Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger) or equivalent
- Qualifications such as Nursing Specialist (Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau), Geriatric Nurse (Altenpfleger) or Nurse (Krankenpfleger/Krankenschwester) are accepted
- Prior experience in intensive care is not required
- Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment and passion for the nursing profession
