About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to care planning and provide individualized nursing care tailored to patients' needs
- Perform basic and treatment-related nursing for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitor ventilator and vital parameters, manage emergencies, and observe patient condition
- Support and assist patients with daily activities
- Communicate with patients, relatives and other stakeholders
- Supervise and instruct internal and external nursing students (m/f/d)
- Implement practical training tasks required by nursing schools
- Complete practical training documentation
Requirements
- Completed training as a registered nurse / qualified nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Additional qualification/certification as a Clinical Instructor (m/f/d)
- Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care (m/f/d)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with children is desirable
