About the role
- Senior Manager for Prevnar 20 Adult in Pfizer's US Vaccines team. Leading HCP strategy execution and supporting brand evolution in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to flawless execution of the HCP/ Field Force strategy and tactics
- Lead CRM and support other Non-Personal Promotion tactics
- Support brand in AI evolution
- Collaborate closely with the HCP Team Lead, the HCP Lead, and the Director of Medical Education to drive brand objectives
- Ensure alignment with overall brand strategies and goals
- Identify gaps, coordinate with the overall brand omnichannel plan, direct agencies, and gain approval for resources
- Play a critical role in physician-based message development, iterative testing, and refinement for both clinical decision-makers and administrators
- Drive Field Force and omnichannel metrics tracking and reporting to identify areas for optimization and improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of HCP marketing experience required
- Ability to work independently across senior level stakeholders and demonstrates judgement of what needs to be escalated
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
- Strong analytical/planning skills and ability to multi-task under pressure
- Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Solid understanding of today’s US pharmaceutical environment, with emphasis on the importance of following all Regulatory, Legal and Compliance-related guidelines
