Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the new home construction from start to finish
Ensure that schedules and budgets are followed
Manage the construction of multiple homes in an assigned subdivision from permit to closing
Schedule job site subcontractors, homebuyer walk-throughs, and inspections
Ensure the work performed meets quality standards and adheres to company guidelines and specifications
Communicate effectively with customers
Maintain open and effective communication with the home office
Requirements
Minimum 2 years new home building experience preferred
Natural born leader of both people and process
Strong sense of urgency
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
New home construction experience required
