About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the new home construction from start to finish
- Ensure that schedules and budgets are followed
- Manage the construction of multiple homes in an assigned subdivision from permit to closing
- Schedule job site subcontractors, homebuyer walk-throughs, and inspections
- Ensure the work performed meets quality standards and adheres to company guidelines and specifications
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Maintain open and effective communication with the home office
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years new home building experience preferred
- Natural born leader of both people and process
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
- New home construction experience required
