Responsibilities
Provide strategic thought partnership to US and Global commercial teams to drive investment decisions, strategies and tactical plans
Design and execute market research studies
Develop and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Recommend campaign improvement and corrective actions
Lead the end-to-end vendor selection and management process
Actively contribute to advancement of team capabilities through thought leadership
Requirements
BA/BS in Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering or similar related field required; MS or MBA preferred.
6+ years in consulting or market analytics/ market research (5+ years for MS or MBA)
Demonstrated ability to develop market research plans and lead research projects with a budget of >$1M annually
Proven expertise in leading the end-to-end vendor selection and management process for U.S. and international vendors for market research
Defined involvement in helping frame, design & execute solutions for challenging business situations
In-depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines, including primary and secondary data
Proven track record of being an indispensable thought partner to brand leaders and influencing without authority
Team-orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills
Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
Excellent PPT and Excel skills
