Responsibilities
- Project management : The incumbent will be expected to Lead/ Co-lead/ contribute in multiple “ must not fail ” transformation initiatives
- “Leading & Lagging” Metrics Governance : The incumbent will be expected to govern and harmonize metrics, across various tiers of the GLNS organization
- Governance of AI/ ML Pipeline: The incumbent will be expected to govern AI adoption and value realization across GLNS
- Governance of System Architecture The incumbent will be expected to understand and mitigate associated risks with the current system landscape
- Governance of GLNS Digital & Capabilities Tier 3 Blueprint: The incumbent will be expected to facilitate and govern the GLNS Digital & capabilities Tier 3 blueprint
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience within consulting field and/or Logistics core function with good understanding of supply chain processes
- Program management / Change management experience through major organizational and/ or process transformation program
- Well-developed digital mindset
- Superior presentation skills
- Ability to work with multiple levels in the organization and across geographies in projects and virtual teams
