About the role

  • Director overseeing pricing and commercial operations to drive business success at Pfizer. Leading team efforts and strategies in the competitive pharmaceutical market.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a 'player/coach' with the ability to manage their individual Triad responsibilities
  • Analyzing, interpreting, and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Developing and recommending pricing/contracting strategies and alternatives for assigned portfolio
  • Supporting the Go-To-Market process by leading market analyses and developing pricing/strategy recommendations for new product launches
  • Driving creation of HBU culture required to support short and long term success

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8-10 years of broad experience in the generic pharmaceutical or related experience/industry with emphasis on strategic and analytical roles
  • Strong leadership skills; experience with building and leading highly effective, cross-functional teams
  • Comprehensive understanding of the complex generic market including product, contracting, and pricing strategies
  • Excellent analytical, verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • General understanding of basic government pricing programs related to pharmaceutical products
