Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within the AI Accelerator
- Lead the translation of business challenges into actionable AI use cases
- Partner with product leads to understand business strategic objectives
- Elicit and structure requirements from the product leads
- Partner with product owners to support roadmap across agent product management team and engineering teams
- Align with product and business stakeholders on adoption metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Health, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or digital transformation, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
- Proven experience working with AI/ML teams and translating business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
