Responsibilities
- Build, lead and scale a high-performance Data Science and Analytics team.
- Foster a culture of autonomy and continuous learning, and serve as the primary source of technical and business inspiration.
- Develop talent by defining career paths and mentoring the team through complex challenges.
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Data Science and Generative AI, from conception to value delivery.
- Work hands-on in critical projects, from exploratory analysis to presenting results.
- Act as the company's lead expert and point of reference for Generative AI (LLMs).
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience: Advanced experience in people management and developing technical teams.
- Language: Basic English for reading and technical communication.
- Postgraduate: Master’s or PhD in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning or related areas.
- Business Knowledge: Experience in Retail, E‑commerce or areas related to digital products.
- Generative AI Focus: Practical experience and proven success cases implementing solutions with LLMs.
