About the role

  • Senior Analyst at a confidential company defining and developing policies related to variable compensation. Focus on budget impact and performance indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Definition, development and maintenance of Variable Compensation (ICP) models and policies, including budget impact analysis and overall performance evaluation, assessing business area needs and aligned with the company's competitiveness guidelines;
  • Support and maintenance of the ILP (Stock Options Plan);
  • Construction of strategic benchmarks focused on performance and variable compensation;
  • Develop dashboards, management reports and executive presentations focused on the results of Variable Compensation programs;
  • Calculation and payment of Variable Compensation programs;
  • Ensure that Variable Compensation programs comply with internal policies, market practices, labor legislation and other regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields
  • Experience with Variable Compensation (ICP), including design, review and maintenance of models, as well as calculation, assessment and payment
  • Experience with long-term incentive programs (ILP/Stock Options)
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in budget impact analysis and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of market benchmarks and compensation practices
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools desirable
  • Experience building dashboards, management reports and executive presentations
  • Knowledge of labor legislation related to compensation and internal governance
